Job Description We are seeking a dependable, patient, and responsible part-time caregiver to assist with the daily care of an adult son with disabilities and provide secondary homework and tutoring support for his younger sister, a sixth-grade student. Caregiving is the primary responsibility. The ideal candidate has hands-on caregiving experience, is comfortable assisting with personal care, and can also help a middle school student with schoolwork. We are looking for someone who is punctual, attentive, takes initiative, follows instructions carefully, and is interested in a reliable, ongoing position.

Schedule Friday:

2:45 PM to approximately 8:00

PM Saturday:

2:45 PM to approximately 8:00 PM Additional hours: Availability on other weekdays or weekends is preferred for occasional backup coverage. Please specify which additional days and times you may be available.

Primary Responsibilities:

Caregiving Assist an adult with disabilities with feeding. Help with diaper changes, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility and daily care needs. Provide attentive supervision and follow care instructions. Help maintain a safe environment. Wash dishes and perform light tidying related to daily household routines.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Middle School Tutoring Provide homework and academic support to a sixth-grade student in some of these subjects: Math Science English and reading Social Studies Help with homework, studying, test preparation, understanding concepts, and organization. The goal is to help the student understand the material and develop independent problem-solving skills, rather than simply complete assignments. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience, preferably with adults with disabilities. Comfortable with hands-on personal care, including feeding, diaper changes, dressing, and hygiene. Experience tutoring or helping middle school students with schoolwork. Patient, dependable, punctual, and attentive to instructions. Reliable transportation. Authorized to work in the United States. Willing to complete a background check. Able to receive payment through payroll by check or direct deposit, with required employment and tax documentation.
