POSITION SUMMARY
The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining employee time and equipment information within SES systems. This position will support operational and administrative functions by ensuring labor hours, equipment usage, and related records are entered accurately and on time. The Timekeeper will primarily work within Salesforce and Track (Timekeeper) and will communicate with supervisors and other team members to identify missing information, correct discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computer-based systems, and able to manage recurring deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter employee labor hours accurately and timely within Track (Timekeeper) and other applicable systems. Enter and maintain equipment usage and equipment-related information within Salesforce and Track. Review submitted time and equipment records for completeness and accuracy. Identify missing, incomplete, or potentially inaccurate information and follow up with supervisors or appropriate team members for clarification. Make approved corrections or updates to timekeeping and equipment records as necessary. Ensure time and equipment entries are completed according to established deadlines. Maintain accurate electronic records and supporting documentation. Assist with reconciling discrepancies between submitted information and system records. Communicate professionally with field supervisors, operations personnel, and other departments regarding timekeeping or equipment information. Support reporting and administrative needs related to employee hours and equipment usage. Maintain confidentiality when working with employee, customer, operational, or company information. Follow established SES processes and procedures for entering and maintaining records. Assist with additional administrative or operational support duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and ability to work within multiple software systems. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage recurring tasks and meet established deadlines. Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up appropriately to resolve them. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately. Preferred Previous experience with timekeeping, payroll support, data entry, administrative support, or operations. Experience working within Salesforce or similar business software. Experience with electronic timekeeping systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Previous experience supporting an industrial, construction, environmental services, transportation, or field-service operation.

JOB DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Ability to review and enter detailed information accurately for extended periods. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting recurring timekeeping and reporting deadlines. Ability to communicate with employees and supervisors to resolve missing or inaccurate information. Work is primarily performed in an office or administrative environment. Occasional walking, standing, bending, or reaching may be required. Occasional lifting or moving of materials weighing up to 25 lbs. may be required. Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities and business needs.
