Established in 2011, Miami AirSoft operates a 25,000-square-foot indoor AirSoft arena offering recreational games, birthday parties, group events, and tactical training experiences. We are looking for dependable team members who enjoy working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and are willing to learn. No previous AirSoft experience required. Training is provided! Available Positions & Responsibilities Arena Referees / Range Safety Officers Supervise AirSoft games and enforce safety regulations. Explain game rules and safety procedures to customers. Organize games and maintain a fun, safe playing environment. Assist customers with rental equipment. Customer Service / Sales Associates Greet customers and assist with registration and check-in. Process admissions, equipment rentals, and retail purchases. Explain packages, pricing, and services. Assist with birthday parties and group events. Maintain a clean and organized facility. AirSoft Gun Technicians Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot rental AirSoft equipment. Perform basic repairs and maintenance. Assist with equipment preparation and organization. Previous technical or mechanical experience is not needed. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Friendly attitude and good communication skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Comfortable working with children, teenagers, and adults. Willingness to perform cleaning and general facility maintenance. Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join Miami AirSoft?
