Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Paintball Referee (Customer Service Rep info below) ! In this energetic role, you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests during paintball games while providing exceptional customer service. You will be the friendly face guiding guests through their adventure, managing game operations, and maintaining a safe environment for all participants. Responsibilities Oversee paintball ensuring rules are followed and safety protocols are adhered to at all times Provide engaging and clear instructions to guests before and during activities Monitor game areas to prevent conflicts and promote sportsmanship Assist guests with equipment fitting, safety gear, and game setup Maintain cleanliness and organization of game zones and customer service areas Enforce safety procedures diligently, including first aid response when necessary Requirements Previous experience in events management or outdoor activity supervision is preferred Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Experience working in recreational or hospitality settings Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Outdoor work experience is advantageous; comfort working in active environments is essential We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our paintball team. If you enjoy working with people, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and have experience handling cash, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide excellent, friendly service Check in players and assist with reservations and bookings Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions Operate a cash register/POS system Answer customer questions and provide information about games, packages, and field rules Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive manner Maintain accurate cash drawers and transaction records Assist with opening and closing duties Work closely with referees and other team members to keep the customer experience running smoothly Qualifications Customer service experience preferred, but not required Cash handling experience preferred Previous retail, cashier, hospitality, or recreation experience is a plus Comfortable working with money and operating a POS system Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills Reliable and punctual Able to multitask in a busy, high-energy environment Comfortable working weekends and holidays when scheduled Paintball experience is a plus, but not required Join us to be part of an exciting team that creates unforgettable adventures! Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
