Duties Greet guests warmly, provide information about pickleball activities, and assist with court reservations and scheduling Must have basic knowledge of the game and know how to play the game. Monitor court usage to ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve any conflicts or disputes promptly Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the courts and surrounding areas to ensure a safe playing environment Enforce facility rules and policies to promote respectful play and positive guest interactions Assist with event management for tournaments, clinics, or special pickleball events to enhance guest engagement Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering guidance on game rules, and ensuring a memorable experience Requirements Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle disputes professionally and calmly Experience working with children or in youth sports programs is a plus Lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is desirable due to safety responsibilities around active courts Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements or providing instructions to guests Background in food service or hospitality environments beneficial for guest interactions and concessions management Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings in a lively resort or recreational setting Join us as a Pickleball Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to promoting health, fun, and community spirit!
