Position Summary League Starts in October Lee Lee Kiddz is looking for dependable and enthusiastic Flag Football Referees to officiate youth games during our school based league in York, Pennsylvania. If you enjoy football, have strong communication skills, and want to make a positive impact on young athletes, we'd love to have you join our team. Important Games will be on Tuesday After 4pm Responsibilities Officiate youth flag football games fairly and consistently Enforce league rules and ensure player safety Manage game flow and keep contests on schedule Communicate professionally with coaches, players, and league staff Display good judgment and remain calm under pressure Report game scores and any incidents to league staff Arrive on time and prepared for every assignment Qualifications Knowledge of flag football rules and gameplay Previous officiating, coaching, or playing experience preferred Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Reliable, professional, and punctual Reliable transportation to game locations throughout York County Ability to pass a background check Officiating certification is a plus but not required
