Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Career Technical Education Teacher at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (D.J.T.C) in Dermott, Arkansas ✨ The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center, proudly offers a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to helping at-risk young males (ages 18-21) build a brighter future. As the only program of its kind in Arkansas, we create a structured environment that fosters self-discipline, self-respect , and motivation , empowering youth to grow into successful young adults. Our center offers a comprehensive approach , that includes an on-site school, vocational training, library, clinical and medical services—everything necessary to help students develop both the academic skills and life skills they need for success. We are actively seeking passionate individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of youth. Pay :
Follows an approved Teacher Pay Scale, starting at $50,000 a year and increasing based on level of education and experience.
