Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Career Technical Education Teacher at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (D.J.T.C) in Dermott, Arkansas ✨ The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center, proudly offers a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to helping at-risk young males (ages 18-21) build a brighter future. As the only program of its kind in Arkansas, we create a structured environment that fosters self-discipline, self-respect , and motivation , empowering youth to grow into successful young adults. Our center offers a comprehensive approach , that includes an on-site school, vocational training, library, clinical and medical services—everything necessary to help students develop both the academic skills and life skills they need for success. Pay :

Follows an approved Teacher Pay Scale, starting at $50,000 a year and increasing based on level of education and experience.
