Rend Lake College is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic part-time Nail Technology Instructor to join its Cosmetology program. The successful candidate will help prepare students for careers in the nail tech industry through classroom instruction, clinical supervision, and hands-on learning experiences.

Duties will include:

Instruction (lecture and clinical demonstration). Supervising clinical lab instruction. Maintaining student and state-required records. Assisting with retail operation. Other duties as assigned. //Part-time, non-tenure track position

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid license as a Cosmetology Instructor from the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation and must satisfy all other state regulation requirements. 2,000 hours, or more, of industry experience required. Teaching experience preferred. All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.
