Python/Scratch Coding Instructor Learning Center Novi, MI Job Details Part-time | Contract $23 - $25 an hour 5 days ago Qualifications Computer Science Scratch Working with students Software development Python Full Job Description Learning center in Novi/Canton/South Lyon is looking for a coding instructor.

Responsibilities:

Teach coding lessons to small groups of K-8 students (block-based coding like Scratch for younger students, progressing to Python/JavaScript basics for older students) Track student progress and communicate with parents/center staff on growth Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment

Qualifications:

Experience with programming (CS degree, coding bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience) Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or working with children strongly preferred Patient communicator who can break down technical concepts for young learners Reliable and punctual; available for after-school and/or weekend hours
