Lead Faculty & Curriculum Consultant for Paralegal Certification Program American Legal Academy Greensboro, NC Job Details Contract 7 hours ago Qualifications Law Continuous improvement Content development Bar Adult education Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Faculty and Curriculum Consultant for developing and teaching new Paralegal Certification Program in Greensboro, North Carolina (remote position). Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of curriculum content aligned with legal industry requirements and adult learning principles. Develop and implement training modules. Subject-matter authority on curriculum design, course sequencing, learning outcomes, and syllabi for the legal specialty courses. Will also teach as needed. Qualifications Licensed North Carolina attorney in good standing, or North Carolina Certified Paralegal with substantial practice and teaching experience. At least 2 years of paralegal or legal education experience required. 3+ years of paralegal or legal education experience preferred. 3+ years of curriculum design in legal education preferred. Please include CV, cover letter, bar number and status, a short statement of teaching interest, and 3 reference letters. n.b. The program is in development and aims to be accredited, ABA-approved and NCCP-qualifying within two years pending North Carolina licensure.
