9675393-87540 Job Description A vibrant 7th12th grade charter school is seeking a dedicated Gifted Teacher to support its students for the remainder of the school year. This is a contract position focused on providing essential services to gifted learners through consultation and the creation of G-IEPs. The role is set at 0.5 FTE, with flexibilityyou can work standard full days from 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or split your schedule into five half-days, based on preference.

Key Qualifications:

Valid New Mexico teaching certification with a gifted endorsement required Proven experience teaching general education at the secondary level (grades 712) Comfortable consulting with staff and families regarding gifted education Strong writing skills, particularly for developing and updating G-IEPs Organized and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
