Educators Wanted Paradise Farm Camps works with local school and community groups throughout the spring and fall seasons to provide students with outdoor learning experiences that support and enrich their schooling. We are currently looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic persons to join our team of educators. As an instructor you will lead small teams of students through varied science based learning activities and teambuilding experiences.

Flexible Scheduling:

Most of the groups we serve come for an entire school day. Within that framework, as a part time instructor, we will work with you to schedule work days around schooling and other prior commitments. For our Fall 2026 season we will begin on September 3rd and run through Mid-November.

Paid Training Competitive Salaries Qualifications:

Prior teaching or camp experience a plus but not required. Strong background in life & environmental sciences or teambuilding/ropes course programs. Child Abuse and Criminal Background checks Strong desire to work with students of all ages and all backgrounds. The ability to work together in a small team setting Some physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to walk extensively through trails and up and down hills.
