Partner with customers to understand their intermediate technical needs and provide solutions Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers Complete intermediate preliminary design reviews for new business opportunities Complete intermediate critical design reviews for new product development Create and maintain engineering documentation (models, drawings, and procedures) Support the sales team by providing technical information and product demonstrations Process engineering change requests internally and externally Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction (e.g., R D, manufacturing, sales) Engineering approver for engineering documentation reviews Partner with 3rd party suppliers as needed to support product gaps
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in a customer-facing role with a Master's degree counting as 2 years of experience 2 years' experience with CAD and engineering software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, or NX) 2 years' experience in product design, including experience with complex surfaces, assemblies, and kinematics Proficiency in
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Competencies:
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Ability to self-manage and successfully work without supervision Ability to handle and prioritize dynamic workload Strong oral and written communication Excellent organizational skills Proven proficiency with presentations and public speaking

20% domestic and international
