Tasks and Responsibilities:

Learn the responsibilities of an Aerospace Application Engineer. Apply academic knowledge to practical, hands-on engineering work. Use seal design programs, software, and laboratory resources to develop and compile performance data for new and existing seal products. Create tools and documentation that support Aerospace Central Engineering, improve ease of doing business, and promote continuous improvement. Perform administrative engineering tasks as needed. Build an understanding of the product portfolio, quality standards, and business systems. Develop an understanding of the department's core activities. Establish working relationships with key personnel. Provide support for engineering initiatives, potential material qualifications, and new product introductions as needed.

Education and Experience:

Recent degree or current enrollment in an engineering program. GPA 3.0 or higher Desire to learn new skills Strong organizational and communication skills

Competencies:

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Ability to handle dynamic work load and priorities
