Job Description
Serves as a senior technical authority for complex defense and aerospace programs, guiding system architecture, integration, verification, engineering execution, and risk management. Leads cross-functional teams and subcontractors, interfaces with DoD customers and executives, and drives technical strategy, process improvement, and proposal support. Responsibilities Lead engineering for large, multi-phase defense and aerospace programs. Define system architecture, integration, and verification strategies. Oversee engineering work across integrated product teams and subcontractors. Establish technical baselines, configuration management, and integration plans. Lead major design and integration reviews and ensure technical readiness. Manage technical risk, customer interfaces, proposals, and engineering process improvements.
