Overview Starting Pay:
$35 per hour
Work Schedule:
M-F 6:30am - 5:00pm
FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt (Hourly, eligible for overtime pay rate) Health/Vision/Dental/Life insurance after 60 days. 80 hours of PTO per year (40 hours after 30 days + 40 hours after 6 months) 6 observed holidays + 1 floating holiday 401k plan after 1 year (3% match) What You'll Do Support manufacturing operations by working closely with cross-functional teams and managers Address product issues quickly with corrective and preventive actions Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and our Quality Management System Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and control plans Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data from production and customer feedback to spot trends and improvement opportunities Partner with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet company standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) 2+ years of quality engineering experience, ideally in an aerospace context. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, including GD&T Familiar with problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why) Proficient in MS Office Experience with metrology and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) a plus Why You'll Want to Work Here Competitive pay with steady hours and overtime availability.
