Accepting Candidates About the role Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and lifecycle management of defense and aerospace systems. This role will work across system architectures, requirements, integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Design and develop system architectures, subsystems, and components . Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting , and corrective actions. Define, document, and manage system requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain requirements traceability across system elements. Plan and execute verification and validation (V&V) activities. Perform computer integration and testing . Support risk assessment, configuration management, and system lifecycle activities. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and cross-functional teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, Computer, Software Engineering , or a related engineering field. Experience in Systems Engineering within the Defense or Aerospace industry . Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and defense/aerospace standards. Familiarity with avionics, sensors, communication systems, and software integration . Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, SysML, MATLAB, Simulink , or similar tools. Experience with system integration and testing . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Bash scripting experience is a plus.

Compensation:

Estimated hourly range: $65-$70/hr (W-2) . Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
