Insight Global is seeking a Wind Team Lead for one of our renewable energy clients, in Holbrook, Arizona. This individual will serve as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of wind farm operations and maintenance (O&M). The role will lead a team of wind technicians while partnering closely with engineers, contractors, vendors, and regional leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility. This is a highly visible leadership position focused on site performance, maintenance planning, budgeting, workforce management, safety compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wind energy and experience leading teams in a utility-scale renewable energy environment. Skills and Requirements Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of wind energy experience
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Experience managing wind farm operations and maintenance activities
• Background in wind project development, planning, budgeting, and execution
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and environmental standards within wind generation
• Proven ability to manage schedules, priorities, and operational performance metrics
• Excellent communication and team-building skills Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise wind technicians responsible for turbine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Oversee all site operations and maintenance activities to maximize turbine availability and energy production.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and third-party vendors to execute maintenance projects and operational initiatives.
• Manage site budgeting, planning, scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Monitor site performance metrics, maintenance costs, and equipment reliability.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive operational improvements and achieve production goals.
• Develop and mentor site personnel while fostering a strong safety-first culture.
