Job Description Business Development (Sales Side) About 40-50% of the role could be focused on growing business. Find new clients and projects. Meet with utilities and solar developers. Write proposals and pricing. Present during client interviews. Negotiate contracts. Attend conferences and networking events. Full Cycle PM - Once projects are won, this person will oversee delivery. 750-1million$ in revenue throughout the course of the year. Manage schedules, budgets, and project teams. Ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Coordinate environmental studies and permitting efforts Lead project strategy and decision-making. Permitting & Regulatory Work - helping solar and battery projects obtain approvals. Work with state, local, and federal agencies. Manage environmental permitting. Handle agency questions and negotiations.
