Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and objectives
• Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MicroStation, and Sketchup to draft designs
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings, adhering to industry standards and regulations
• Make necessary revisions or modifications to drawings as requested by project stakeholders
• Collaborate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency and quality in design documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MicroStation, and Sketchup
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and techniques
• Familiarity with 2D animation software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of NavisWorks is preferred but not required
