Prepare manufacturing-ready drawing packages, including fabrication drawings, multi-sheet assembly drawings, GD&T, and bills of materials. Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and project teams to resolve design issues and ensure proper interface and assembly integration. Maintain organized, revision-controlled models and drawings in Windchill or other designated systems. Qualifications Bachelor's-degree-level knowledge or equivalent experience in mechanical design, engineering technology, drafting/design, or a related CAD discipline. 5+ years of current or recent professional experience using PTC Creo Parametric (formerly Pro/ENGINEER/Wildfire) for mechanical CAD design. Experience building and managing complex assemblies using advanced Creo modeling techniques. Experience producing manufacturing-ready Creo drawing packages, including GD&T, detailed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical designs. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DOE national laboratories, research facilities, particle accelerators, or other complex scientific or industrial engineering projects.
