Job Summary The Jr. AutoCAD Design Drafter supports design and construction projects by preparing, editing and organizing CAD drawings, renderings and construction documents for the Development and Construction Teams. This experienced 2nd entry-level role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented and can maintain a high level of digital file management. Responsibilities Create, revise, and organize AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements and direction from design team members. Maintain orderly digital project files and assets so team members can locate and use current materials.

Skills Essential:

Organizational skills for digital asset management and attention to detail.

Essential:

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up. Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and D5 with the ability to prepare and update technical drawings. Experience in Houdini, Blend and Bluebeam along with alternate image editing software is a definite plus. Proficient in the use of excel, tables and creating matrixes. Must have experience in the field of design and construction.

Preferred:

Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with design and construction teams.

Pay:

$31.55 - $37.99 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
