Entry-Level CAD Designer / Draftsperson We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CAD Designer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in architectural drafting and design within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. About Us At Cre8 Design Plus, we specialize in residential design, ADUs, remodels, and construction documentation. Our team is passionate about helping clients maximize the potential of their properties through thoughtful and practical design solutions. Position Responsibilities Assist in preparing architectural drawings and construction documents Draft floor plans, elevations, and site plans using CAD software Revise drawings based on redlines and project updates Coordinate with project managers and designers Organize project files and maintain drawing standards Support permit and submittal documentation preparation Qualifications Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (required) Familiarity with Revit is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Good communication skills Architecture, drafting, or design education/background preferred Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Opportunity for career growth and mentorship Hands-on experience with real-world projects Supportive and creative team environment Competitive compensation based on experience
