CAD Designer Pay Rate:

30-40 per hour Local to Dalton, GA

•potential Hybrid role This is a hybrid role, with a p reference for working in the office 2-3 days per week and occasional travel to other facilities as needed. Contract

•6 month The CAD Designer will standardized drawing conventions and practices to ensure the division's continued success in achieving in-house customer satisfaction. This is accomplished through ensuring adherence to project scope, drawing quality, and conformance to the National CAD Standards (NCS). This position will create complex technical drawings for infrastructure, ensure drafting standard compliance, coordinate multidiscipline models, perform drawing quality checks, and manage drawing revisions for fabrication and construction, acting as a bridge between conceptual design and physical implementation. This role offers flexibility to be hybrid in office 2-3 days per week with occasional travel to other facilities as needed.

Position Requirements:

o 3+ years' work experience using AutoCAD/ Revit, beyond formal education or training. o 5+ years' experience working with Civil, Structural, Architectural or Mechanical engineers. o Ability to understand Civil, Structural, Architectural drawing sets.

tools, focusing on space optimization, maintenance tracking, asset management, and overall building efficiency from design through operations, bridging technical design with operational needs. o Administer Autodesk Vault Professional. Take charge of our digital design ecosystem as the Vault administrator. You will manage engineering files, user roles, security permissions, and plant information—ensuring everything is organized, accessible, and secure. o Technical Leadership.
