Job Description Job Description Job Summary:

As a CAD Drafter you will play a critical role in producing accurate technical drawings and designs that support our engineering, manufacturing, and production teams. This position requires expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings, schematics, and layouts based on specifications and input from engineers or project managers. Review and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and other documents to accurately complete drawing assignments. Update and maintain design documentation and drawings, ensuring all changes are recorded and versions are controlled. Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and management to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols. Conduct quality checks on designs and make necessary revisions based on feedback. Assist in the development of technical documentation such as assembly instructions, parts lists, and installation guides. Participate in meetings and design reviews, providing input from a drafting and design perspective. Stay updated with the latest CAD software, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Work Hours:

Your regular work hours will be from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30am to 2:00pm on Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs, for which you will be compensated accordingly.
