Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Civil CADD Technician to support civil construction, surveying, and site development projects. This position is well suited for someone with strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills who is comfortable working with survey information, site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and other civil infrastructure drawings. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, construction, and field teams to develop accurate drawings and technical documents used throughout the planning and construction process. Key Responsibilities Prepare civil drawings, plans, profiles, details, and other project documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Develop and revise site, grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and other civil infrastructure drawings Work with survey information, topographic data, elevations, contours, and existing site conditions Develop Civil 3D surfaces and assist with earthwork and quantity calculations Prepare cross sections, profiles, construction details, exhibits, and supporting technical drawings Incorporate comments and revisions from engineers, project teams, clients, and reviewing agencies Interpret sketches, survey information, engineering concepts, specifications, and field information when preparing drawings Assist project teams with CAD related questions and drawing production Maintain accurate and organized project files and drawing documentation Coordinate with engineering, construction, surveying, and project management personnel as required Support multiple projects while meeting established schedules and deadlines Perform other CAD and project support responsibilities as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar civil design software Experience working on civil engineering, construction, surveying, land development, or infrastructure projects Experience preparing or modifying grading, drainage, utility, site, or similar civil drawings Understanding of civil drafting standards, plan production, profiles, cross sections, and construction documentation Ability to interpret survey information, engineering drawings, sketches, and technical information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage assignments independently while also working effectively within a project team Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills Comfortable working in a deadline driven project environment Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial: Civil surveying or survey based drafting Earthwork or site development projects Heavy civil construction Underground utilities Grading and drainage Civil 3D surface modeling Earthwork quantity calculations Roadway or infrastructure projects Land development Construction related CAD support Work Environment This is primarily an office based position utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other standard business software. Some travel may be required depending on project needs. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
