Job description: Data Administrator is responsible for helping and maintaining high quality and service standards by working in conjunction with all Designers, Engineers & Management. CAD background in Catia or UGNX is a benefit. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Communicate with all customers and address all requests or concerns. Receive and send data by way of E-mail, FTP/Website, and CD/DVD. Prepare transmittals and paperwork associated with incoming and outgoing data. Maintain logbooks for all incoming and outgoing data. Pass data, with appropriate transmittals, to the designated departments. Create and maintain a filing system for all jobs on servers. Prepare Invoice Instruction Sheets for the Accounting Department to bill customers. Create and maintain databases (Job Book, Contact List, etc.). Complete all other tasks as designated by the President and Managers at PDS. (QO) are established along with the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization. Aware of where the QP is posted Responsible for ensuring the Supplier and Customer lists are up to date

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
