Full-Time | 9/80 Work Schedule (Work 80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off) Launch Your Drafting Career with a Global Engineering Leader Plant Engineering Services, a Fluor company, is seeking an Entry-Level CAD Drafter to support engineering and design projects at the Flint Hills Resources facility in Rosemount, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in industrial engineering design. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and designers, gaining hands-on experience creating and revising CAD drawings that support critical industrial projects. What You'll Do Create and revise 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD and related software Support engineering and design projects by updating existing drawings and generating new documentation Apply drafting standards, procedures, and quality requirements to ensure accurate deliverables Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams Learn industrial design processes, engineering workflows, and plant operations Maintain compliance with site safety standards and company policies Support additional drafting and design-related activities as needed What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications 0-2 years of related education and/or professional experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and follow technical standards, procedures, and regulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical education in Drafting, CAD Technology, Engineering Technology, Design, or a related field Experience using AutoCAD through school, internships, projects, or work experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Exposure to Navisworks or other engineering/design software is a plus Industrial, construction, manufacturing, or field experience is beneficial Interest in building a long-term career in engineering design, project services, or industrial drafting Benefits Plant Engineering Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Coverage Long-Term Disability Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with Company Match (up to 5%) Paid Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discount Programs Professional Development and Career Growth Opportunities Why Join Us?
