AutoCAD Drafter - Interior Design Charles Cohen Designs | Monmouth County, NJ Charles Cohen Designs is a creative and growing interior design firm in Monmouth County, NJ, seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our team full time, in-office. We're looking for someone with a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life through precise, thoughtful drawings. Responsibilities Develop proposed furniture layouts and space plans. Create detailed millwork and cabinetry drawings. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior design drawings. Produce detailed drawings for kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, and custom architectural elements. Develop reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and finish plans as needed. Prepare dimensioned drawings and construction documents for client presentations and contractor use. Assist with material selections, design development, and translating design concepts into technical drawings. Revise and update drawings based on project changes and team feedback. Qualifications Previous experience working in an office or as a freelance AutoCAD drafter. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to produce accurate, detailed technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. A good eye for design, proportion, scale, and spatial planning. Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into clear, professional drawings. Knowledge of interior design, millwork, construction, architecture, or a related field is a plus. A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline is a bonus. What We Offer Full-time, in-office position in Monmouth County, NJ.
