Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join a cabinet manufacturer design team. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and detailed plans using industry-standard CAD software. Duties Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software for architectural, mechanical, or construction projects Create schematics, system designs, interior layouts, and mechanical components with precision and clarity MicroStation, and SolidWorks as needed for specialized modeling tasks Prepare construction documents, plans, sections, elevations, and details that adhere to project specifications and standards Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements Maintain organized digital files of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation for easy access and version control Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and cabinet experience Strong understanding of drafting standards, schematics, system design principles, and construction documentation processes Knowledge of graphic design principles applicable to technical drawings and visual presentations Ability to interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical schematics, and interior design plans effectively Familiarity with CAD software features such as layers, blocks, annotations, dimensions and rendering tools Experience in mechanical design or interior design projects is a plus Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Hourly:

$24-32

DOE Pay:

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour
