No benefits provided About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Drafter / Designer to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong AutoCAD skills and experience creating accurate, professional kitchen and bathroom plans. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, can interpret design concepts and measurements, and has a strong understanding of cabinetry layouts, dimensions, and construction details. Responsibilities Create accurate kitchen and bathroom floor plans and elevations using AutoCAD Develop detailed drawings based on measurements, sketches, design concepts, and project requirements Prepare cabinet layouts, elevations, and other necessary construction/design drawings Make revisions to drawings based on feedback and project changes Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and easy to understand Coordinate design details and resolve drafting issues as needed Maintain organized digital files and follow established drawing standards Communicate effectively with the team regarding project requirements, revisions, and deadlines Complete projects efficiently and meet agreed-upon turnaround times Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD is required Previous experience drafting or designing kitchens and/or bathrooms Strong understanding of cabinetry, dimensions, clearances, and residential construction Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and measurements Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work based on deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with kitchen and bath cabinetry design Experience producing plans, elevations, and detailed drawings for contractors or installers Familiarity with common cabinet dimensions, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and construction requirements Experience with residential remodeling or kitchen/bath renovation projects
