Mechanical Designer - Creo experience Are you a talented Mechanical Designer with a knack for creating precise, high-speed connector models? What we're looking for in your background: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Engineering, CAD, or related disciplines 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Creo Parametric (version 4 through 8) Mastery of advanced modeling techniques including feature creation, surfacing, and top-down design Proven ability to produce detailed CAD drawings and assemblies aligned with industry standards (ANSI, ASME) Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as stamping, molding, and plating (plus) Experience with Windchill PDMLink (versions 11 or 12) and MS Office applications is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks independently in a fast-paced setting Key responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product development engineers to translate design concepts into high-speed connector CAD models Apply best modeling practices to ensure design intent is captured, enabling efficient modifications and reuse across product families Develop and update internal and customer CAD drawings for components and assemblies Participate actively in design reviews and coordinate with development, mechanical, signal integrity, and process teams Contribute to continuous process improvement and adherence to industry standards in drafting and design practices Perks and benefits include: Competitive compensation package Opportunities for professional growth within a global organization Exposure to innovative technologies and high-bandwidth connector designs Collaborative work environment supporting creativity and technical development Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Generous paid time off and holidays Ready to take the next step in your career?
