This is an excellent opportunity for someone with AutoCAD experience who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with a production team, and seeing projects go from concept to installation. While experience in architectural millwork is a plus, we're willing to train someone with strong drafting skills and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

As part of our engineering team, you will:

• Create and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Convert architectural plans into detailed, production-ready shop drawings
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement, Engineering, and Production throughout each project
• Help solve design and manufacturing challenges for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
• Support projects from design through fabrication
• Create bills of materials

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of AutoCAD experience in a professional setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microvellum or a willingness to learn
• Architectural millwork or cabinetry experience
• Manufacturing or woodworking background
