Development Resource Group, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, planning, entitlements, and consulting. We are a new and growing company with a solid strategy to lead us into the future. We are seeking a Civil CAD Technician/Designer proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D to perform duties including creating, updating and modifying drawings, maps, and construction sheets. This is a full-time position with a substantial benefit package. Pay will be based on individual qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

Completes project goals within scope, budget and schedule Preparation of construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D Research regulatory requirements and design standards Creates drawings from written and verbal specifications Maintains all revisions of project drawings Reviews drawings for completeness

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in a Civil Engineering field Highly proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D Good verbal and written communications skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated with the ability to deliver excellent service Able to manage and multitask work in a fast-paced environment Our compensation program recognizes and rewards employees for their hard work by offering bonuses based on performance.
