We're seeking a Distribution Designer to support utility distribution projects through field inspections, data collection, and equipment assessments. What You'll Do:

Create and update design drawings using CAD or similar software Assist with project designs, specifications, and cost estimates Use GIS and mapping tools (like ArcGIS) to support project planning Gather field data and support site visits as needed Coordinate with engineers and team members to meet project timelines Conduct field inspections of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems. Collect and document asset data using tablets, GPS devices, and database software. Perform utility audits, pole inspections, pad-mounted equipment inspections, and lighting audits. Gather measurements and prepare maintenance reports and minor work orders. Learn and apply utility construction standards and National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) requirements. Follow company safety procedures and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements Years of Experience:

0-2 years (based on education)

Education:

Associate's degree in a technical field preferred 0-2 years of relevant experience: academic projects and work experience will be considered Top Skills /

Experience:

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
