We are seeking a results-driven Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations in our liquid production environment including batching, mixing, and liquid material handling processes . This role is responsible for improving process efficiency, product quality, and overall operational performance through the application of Lean manufacturing principles, process control, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong chemical engineering knowledge, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a continuous improvement mindset. This position will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive sustainable improvements and support business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
Background in chemical engineering or a related technical field with experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices Experience with process control systems and methodologies Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving Black Belt certification Lean Manufacturing certification Experience with liquid processing systems, batching, or mixing operations Ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and communicate effectively across teams Design for Manufacturing experience.

Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
Lead and support Lean manufacturing initiatives, including waste reduction and continuous improvement projects
Utilize statistical tools and process control methods to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions
Drive process standardization and documentation of best practices
Support new product introductions and process scale-up activities
Partner with R&D in the development and approval of new formulations for operational execution.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within manufacturing operations
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Optimize batching, mixing, and liquid transfer systems, including pumps, tanks, and piping
Improve consistency and efficiency of liquid formulations and blending processes
Minimum 5 years experience in process engineering.
