Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Senior Process Engineer - Semiconductor Water Treatment / Ultrapure Water with strong experience supporting advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facilities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in ultrapure water ( UPW ), industrial water treatment, and wastewater treatment systems within semiconductor or other high-purity manufacturing environments. Candidates should either be based in•Boise, Idaho or can work remote and travel to Boise 2 weeks/month. •The Senior Process Engineer will lead process engineering activities associated with water and wastewater treatment systems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, optimize, and implement solutions that meet client, regulatory, operational, and reliability requirements. Key Responsibilities + Lead the design, development, and optimization of ultrapure water, industrial water treatment, and wastewater treatment systems for semiconductor manufacturing facilities. + Support semiconductor fab projects involving UPW production and distribution, wastewater treatment, water reclamation/reuse, and associated process utility systems. + Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, process calculations, equipment specifications, data sheets, and design documentation. + Perform water and mass balances, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, chemical consumption calculations, and treatment system evaluations. + Develop and evaluate treatment processes utilizing technologies such as reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), ion exchange, electrodeionization ( EDI ), demineralization, filtration, chemical treatment, and polishing systems. + Establish process design criteria, water quality requirements, operating parameters, and equipment requirements for water treatment systems. + Evaluate vendor treatment technologies, equipment selections, technical proposals, and supplier submittals. + Collaborate with mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and contr To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
