Job Description

Job Overview 1st & 3rd Shift Positions Available We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of our production processes. Your expertise will help optimize manufacturing operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement process enhancements to meet high standards of quality and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial equipment and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex industrial equipment including CNC machines, robotic systems, and injection molding machinery to ensure smooth production flow. Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations or equipment failures and implement corrective actions promptly. Develop and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or CAD for process design and improvement projects. Program and optimize CNC machinery and robot systems through CAM programming and robot programming techniques to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and conduct troubleshooting to resolve mechanical, electrical, or software issues swiftly. Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles, data analysis skills, and continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and production staff to streamline processes and ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
standards. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment such as CNC machines, injection molding presses, robotics, and welding tools. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by skills in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and factory floor layouts. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo) and CAM programming for machining operations; experience with AutoCAD is a plus. Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) programming, electrical wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting industrial control systems. Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes along with tooling setup and fabrication experience. Excellent data analysis skills to identify root causes of process issues and implement effective solutions. Ability to communicate effectively across departments for project scheduling, process documentation, and team collaboration. Strong math skills for precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments; understanding of GD&T principles essential. Experience working within a manufacturing facility adhering to
ISO 9001
