You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and quality improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize equipment performance and support seamless product launches. Responsibilities Design and implement innovative manufacturing solutions to enhance overall throughput and process capability. Evaluate and procure advanced production machinery by conducting thorough vendor assessments and cost-benefit analyses. Lead the installation and integration of new equipment, providing technical guidance to installation teams to ensure operational readiness. Drive continuous improvement by developing standardized operating procedures and maintaining rigorous process documentation. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and execute engineering modifications that maximize equipment uptime. Empower production teams by creating comprehensive training programs and technical support resources. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to establish accurate product cost structures and support long-term manufacturing strategy. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or 5+ years of equivalent manufacturing experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout and design tasks. Demonstrated expertise in CAM programming and Mastercam software. Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving. Preferred Skills Experience with automation and robotics integration in a high-volume environment. Proven track record of managing capital equipment projects from proposal to implementation. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable manufacturing guidelines.
