Overview We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor / Process Technician to oversee and support second-shift plastic injection molding operations at a manufacturing facility in Sullivan, Missouri. This is a hands-on, working supervisory position combining technical injection molding expertise with production leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setups, mold changeovers, process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and daily production coordination while mentoring team members and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Required

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on plastic injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with injection molding machine setups, mold changeovers, processing, and troubleshooting .
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose production or equipment-related problems.
• Ability to direct, coordinate, and support production employees in achieving daily manufacturing objectives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) .
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes, with appropriate training and authorization.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to product quality.
• Dependability, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a production team.
• Willingness and availability to work the assigned second-shift schedule.
