+ PTO Dallas, NC (Commutable from: Charlotte, Gastonia, Belmont) Are you a Tooling Manager or experienced Mold Maker looking to take ownership of tooling operations within a growing facility, with the autonomy to oversee projects, solve complex problems and develop your career? On offer is the opportunity to take charge of injection molding tooling, overseeing mold builds, repairs and maintenance while working directly with customers and suppliers on new projects. The facility is at an early stage of development, giving you the chance to influence tooling standards, shape how projects are managed and become the go-to technical expert on site. As production capacity increases, you will be well positioned to take on a broader role and build your reputation within the business. You will oversee tooling projects from build through to repair and maintenance, working closely with production, quality and maintenance to resolve technical issues. This role would suit an experienced Mold Maker or Tooling professional who enjoys hands-on technical problem-solving, customer interaction and the opportunity to shape a growing operation.

The Role:

Oversee injection mold builds, repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues, working alongside production, quality and maintenance. Liaise with customers and suppliers to manage tooling requirements and oversee external tool builds and repairs.

The Candidate:

Experience in mold making, tooling or injection molding, with the technical ability to oversee tooling builds and repairs. Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLCs. Looking for ownership, autonomy and long-term career progression.
