The 10 Week Estee Lauder Engineering, Packaging and R&I Intern Program blends an extensive overview of the cosmetic industry with real world experience. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business. This formulation (skin, makeup or fragrance) position supports the development of new products and modifications of existing ones. Ensures the timely completion of product development activities with oversight from the experienced scientists on the team. May be required to record data results, write reports, perform database entry, along with other laboratory functions.
