In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and driving continual improvements in reliability, quality and cost. You will lead the development and execution of new Capital Projects. Improve equipment and processes, implement automation opportunities, design tooling/fixtures as well as experience developing and executing capital expenditure plans on equipment and infrastructure projects in the manufacturing plant. We are looking for a Degreed Engineer in Mechanical, Chemical or Plastics Engineering that has 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility. This individual must and excellent communication, verbal and written skills, be versed in team building and lead from the front.
