The Role :
Your role as a Chemical Engineer involves spearheading departmental product lines through dynamic projects and a relentless focus on day-to-day technical excellence. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Daily collaboration with operations and maintenance for unit optimization, including shutdowns, turnarounds, and startups. Monitor unit performance, contribute to benchmarking efforts, and apply technical expertise for improved safety and environmental outcomes. Identify process enhancements to boost quality, reduce costs, and increase production. Support projects from scoping to documentation, including process design, economic evaluation, and start-up assistance. Collaborate across teams and with external partners to develop and implement new technologies or products, championing their adoption internally. Uphold

Principles and fulfill additional duties as needed. Skills & Knowledge Required Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university by December 2026 or May 2027. Minimum 3.0 or greater G.P.A. out of 4.0. Skills and Competencies Strong engineering skills with basic knowledge of process engineering Proactive problem-solver with business acumen Innovative and results-oriented with excellent communication Effective decision-maker with strong project management skills Team player with customer focus and resource management abilities Organizes work effectively and uses available resources Understanding of cost/benefit economic analysis and budgeting
