Role Overview The Project Engineer supports the successful delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients, you'll coordinate documentation, field operations, and project communication while developing the skills needed for a successful career in project management. Key Responsibilities
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in Procore.
Assist with project scheduling, procurement, permits, and coordination.
Support field teams by coordinating inspections and tracking project progress.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, logs, and closeout records.
Assist with estimating, budgeting, and change management.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Build strong relationships while upholding Milroy's values of integrity, innovation, and excellence. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
0-3 years of construction experience, including internships or co-op experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$90,000-$130,000 annually Compensation is based on experience, education, and overall qualifications.
