This is a hybrid role , based out of Marianna, Florida; ideal for career professionals to apply foundational engineering principles to real-world infrastructure projects. Candidates will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers on planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects such as transportation systems, site development, water resources, and public infrastructure. This position offers hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact communities. Job Responsibilities Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, utilities, and site layouts Prepare engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) Perform basic calculations, modeling, and data analysis under supervision Support project documentation, including reports, cost estimates, and permit applications Conduct site visits and inspections for data gathering and ensuring compliance with design specifications Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and environmental specialists Ensure work adheres to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions Assist with specialized projects as requested Promote a culture of stewardship, managing resources wisely in alignment with company purpose Contribute to proposals and business development activities Live out core values daily - giving big, going the extra mile, leading with wisdom, and building genuine relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited institution Professional Engineering (PE) certification 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering Basic knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering is a plus but not required Commitment to living out core company values

Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:
