Job Description

Our team is eager to welcome two dynamic professionals to spearhead and oversee engineering initiatives focused on our core technological and engineering disciplines. This role involves not only planning but also supporting and, when necessary, executing vital engineering functions. The ideal candidate will establish and implement engineering protocols, offering insight into complex engineering challenges. Responsibilities include designing and managing project plans, ensuring seamless construction and maintenance of various infrastructures and systems while accurately estimating associated costs and timelines. The ability to diagnose and resolve intricate engineering issues pertaining to manufacturing machinery and component breakdown is essential. You will independently manage complex projects with minimal guidance, escalating only the most intricate challenges as needed. The role involves coordinating team efforts, strategizing the development of construction, commissioning, and start-up procedures, and supervising the procurement processes for equipment and labor through effective bid management. This position calls for someone who can informally guide and mentor upcoming engineers, delivering practical training through active project involvement. An integral part of the role is managing substantial budgets and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum of four years of relevant experience. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated success in executing large capital-intensive projects, particularly within the food manufacturing sector. You'll be joining a globally recognized company with operations across 70 countries and a workforce exceeding 160,000 employees, offering a stimulating environment and fostering a stellar reputation.
