Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, managing, and overseeing civil infrastructure projects that shape communities and support sustainable development. Your expertise will drive project success from conception through construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while advancing your technical skills in a collaborative environment.
Duties Design and Drawing Review Construction Management:
Schedule, quality, safety, and cost management
Site Management:
Surveying, inspection of construction progress and conditions, and inspection of materials and workmanship
Structural Management:
Construction and maintenance of bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, roads, and other civil infrastructure
Quality Control:
Inspection and verification of construction quality for concrete, rebar, earthworks, and other materials
Safety Management:
Identification and inspection of potential hazards at construction sites and compliance with safety standards
Project Administration:
Cost estimation, quantity takeoff, contract administration, progress payment management, and design change management
Maintenance and Repair:
Inspection of existing facilities and development of repair and reinforcement plans Skills Proficiency in project scheduling software and construction management tools to coordinate complex projects efficiently. Strong experience with CAD software including Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and drafting techniques for civil design schematics. Expertise in hydrological modeling (SWMM), hydraulic analysis (HEC), stormwater systems design, and water/wastewater treatment processes. Knowledge of GIS platforms such as ArcGIS for spatial analysis and land surveying integration. Skilled in construction estimating, project engineering, construction inspection, and managing the permitting phase of projects. Ability to generate detailed technical reports and communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels. Demonstrated leadership in managing civil engineering projects from initial concept through completion while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles, system design for stormwater management, hydraulics calculations, and mechanical engineering concepts related to water treatment systems.
Required Qualifications & Skill Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB) and experience with grid modeling or circuit simulation.

$55,000.00 - $87,880.68 per year
