Sellers & Associates, Inc. provides consulting services for a wide range of projects including water production, treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, solid waste facilities, roads and bridges, drainage, and coastal restoration. Responsibilities Manage, design, develop, and maintain projects in an efficient, timely, and sustainable manner Conduct site investigations/observations throughout design and construction of projects Analyze technical data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and prepare construction documents including technical specifications and construction plans Assess potential risks, materials and costs Actively manage projects to resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies Coordinate and inform clients of project status Manage project budgets and expenditures Obtain and comply with regulatory and environmental permits Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 5+ years of Work experience in civil engineering Professional Engineer Licensure Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc. Project management and supervision skills Communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Salary Very Competitive - based on experience Benefits 401(k) 401 (k) matching Health Insurance Life Insurance Long Term Disability Plan Paid Time off Professional Development Assistance Tuition Reimbursement Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Year End Bonus Pay Profit Sharing Program Education Bachelor's (Required) Work Location One location
