Job Description The Manufacturing Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Support advanced manufacturing operations including CNC turning and milling, Wire EDM, laser processes, welding, polishing, finishing, cleaning, passivation, assembly, and inspection activities. Create, review, and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and engineering change documentation. Develop and revise CAD models and CAM programs to support manufacturing operations. Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and process improvements. Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers to improve manufacturability and support cost reduction efforts. Create standard work instructions and process documentation to support operational excellence. Apply today for immediate consideration! The Successful Applicant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Experience supporting manufacturing environments involving metals machining, processing, or finishing operations. Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing best practices. Experience with CAD software and CAM programming. Mastercam experience is required Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or new product development activities. Understanding of GD&T principles is preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project execution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
