RAUCH, Inc. is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Easton Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on experience with land development, stormwater management, and site design while working alongside experienced engineers, surveyors, environmental professionals, and construction specialists.

Responsibilities:

Assist with civil engineering design for land development and site projects Prepare stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control plans Assist with site layouts, utility design, drainage calculations, and permitting Prepare and review engineering plans, details, and technical documents Coordinate with surveyors, environmental staff, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies Perform field visits and assist with construction-related activities as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 0 to 3 years of civil engineering experience preferred Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred, Carlson & Excel Interest in stormwater management and land development Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills EIT certification or interest in pursuing professional licensure preferred

SALARY & BENEFITS
